Talented group includes two US Youth National Players and three USYS Regional Team members
HAMILTON, N.Y. (5/5/10) - Colgate women's soccer head coach Kathy Brawn welcomes seven high school standouts from 5 different states to the Raider soccer program for the 2010 season as a part of National Signing Day.
“We are excited about this class,” stated Brawn. “They and their families have been wonderful throughout the recruiting process. These seven young women bring with them a great mix of talent, versatility, ambition and intelligence,” continued Brawn. “Preseason will be here before you know it, and we are anxious to see how well they compliment the returning players.”
Coming to Hamilton, New York to don the maroon and white will be forward/midfielder Siobhan Devoy (North Attleboro, Mass.), midfielder Kelsey Hough (Lake Forest, Ill.), midfielder Klara Jenkins (Manhattan, N.Y.), defender Liz Novenstern (Mount Kisco, N.Y.), midfielder Christy Patterson (Kenilworth, Ill.), midfielder/forward Ashleigh Smith (Newport Beach, Calif.) and forward Lindsay Wilson (Gorham, Maine).
