BOSTON, Mass. (6/22/10) - Former Colgate standout and current Boston Cannons face-off man Chris Eck ’08 has been selected to the 2010 Major League Lacrosse All Star Game roster.

The 20-man squad will face off against the US Men's National Team on Thursday July 8, at Harvard Stadium. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN2 at 7 p.m.

Eck is enjoying another solid season taking draws for the Cannons. His 91 face-off wins this season rank second in Major League Lacrosse (MLL).

Last season, Eck, was named the 2009 Warrior Most Improved Player of the Year by the MLL, after winning 196 of 359 face-off attempts and collecting 70 groundballs.
