HAMILTON, N.Y. (7/2/10) -- The Colgate University Ticket Office has announced that the 2010-2011 season tickets for men’s ice hockey are now on sale for the public. There are a variety of packages that are available to suit all the needs and budget for the upcoming 2010-2011 season. So come out and support your Raiders on their quest to the ECAC Championship in Atlantic City.
Full season tickets are being sold in the chairback section on the north side of the rink, or in "Raider Nation," located in the bleachers behind the east goal, which the Raiders shoot on, in both the first and third periods of each game. Full season ticket packages in the reserved chairback seats start at $165 for adults and $135 for children (12 years and younger). The “Raider Nation”/general admission seats is priced for only $100 for adults and just $50 for children (12 years and younger).
Fans also have the option of purchasing a partial season ticket package. The Maroon Plan includes all Friday ice hockey games and the Niagara, while the White Plan includes all Saturday ice hockey games. Both plans include tickets to the annual showdown with archrival Cornell, which will be played on Friday, January 21st. These two partial season ticket plans each cost $115 for reserved chairback seats, and $65 for “Raider Nation”/general admission seats.
All full and partial season tickets will enjoy a variety of benefits which includes:
- One (1) free game program for each home weekend
- One (1) flex pass for any 15 regular-season men’s basketball, women’s basketball, women’s ice hockey, and/or lacrosse games
- An invitation to a preseason reception with coaches and players (Date and Time TBD)
- One (1) ECAC Hockey playoff ticket for each home playoff game, either in first-round or quarterfinals (if applicable)
- Two (2) general admission tickets to the Women’s Ice Hockey against Syracuse on November 23, 2010.
Fans that can't commit to a full season's worth of games but want to guarantee they'll have a seat for the Cornell game can purchase The Hat Trick package. For $35, fans who purchase The Hat Trick will receive tickets to the RPI, Union, and Cornell games in mid-January. Buying season tickets or The Hat Trick, with the season packages, is the only guaranteed way to see the Cornell game in person this upcoming hockey season.
There are three ways fans to order/reserve these tickets – via phone, mail, or online. Single-game and away tickets will be available for purchase starting September 7. While the individual tickets for RPI, Union, and Cornell will go on sale on January 6, 2011.
