Clinton, Canadian National Team Finish Fifth

HAMILTON, N.Y. (8/4/10) – Colgate men’s rowing senior James Clinton (Vancouver, B.C.) competed at the Under-23 World Rowing Championships in Brest, Belarus as a member of the Canadian National Rowing Team.
Clinton was a member of the men's coxed four team that finished fifth overall in the A Final. The squad of Clinton along with Ronan Sabo-Walsh (University of British Columbia, B.C.), Josh Morris (University of Victoria, B.C.), Blake Parsons (Princeton University/Hanlan Boat Club, Ont.), and Michael Lewis (Brock University, Ont.) defeated Croatia before falling to Italy, which finished first.
