HAMILTON, N.Y. (9/6/10) – Colgate University senior quarterback Greg Sullivan (Monroe, N.Y.) was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week following his performance against Monmouth. This is Sullivan’s fourth career Offensive Player of the Week award, and has captured at least one in each of the last three seasons.

Sullivan earned the honor after accumulating 254 yards of total offense and three total touchdowns in Colgate's 30-29 triumph over Monmouth.

Sullivan completed 11-of-14 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown and carried 15 times for 74 yards and two scores. He improved to 2-0 in season openers and 19-4 in his career at Colgate. He now has 5,587 yards of total offense in his career, which ranks seventh all-time at Colgate.

Colgate (1-0) will travel to Greenville, S.C. to face Furman on Saturday, Sept. 11 at 2:00 p.m.
